Instructions

1. Start Clean:

2. Use Lube – Generously:
   Apply a high-quality water-based lubricant to both the grommet plug and your anal opening. Avoid silicone-based lube to preserve the silicone material.

3. Choose the Right Size to Begin:
   This is a training set—start with the smallest size and gradually work your way up over multiple sessions. Never rush the process.

4. Get Comfortable:
   Find a relaxed, private setting. Lying on your side with knees slightly bent is a great beginner position.

5. Insert Slowly:
   Gently press the tapered tip of the plug against your lubed opening. Breathe deeply and go slow, letting your muscles adjust. Ease the plug in at your own pace—no pain should be felt.

6. Wear Time:
   Once inserted, you can wear it for short periods to build comfort. Some users enjoy the "open" grommet-style for breath-ability or for extended wear training. Start with 10–15 minutes and gradually increase as comfort allows.

7. Removal:

8. Aftercare:
